Three years ago I was working hard and very proud of my progress. Since leaving college I had bought a condo and car and was paying off my credit card balances. Everything was perfect until I had a skiing accident and could not work for four months. I had to borrow from my parents to keep up with the bills, then worked twice as hard to pay them back. My brother called me a few days ago and asked me if he could borrow the truck on the weekend.
