During a cold spell this winter, the heater went out and I called Service First AC Leon Valley since they are close by. The technician diagnosed the problem with the heater and showed me where the motor died. He left to get a new motor and came back and I had heat within about 2 hours. He told me they would recycle the motor and gave me some other pointers on how to proerly maintain our HVAC system. He also gave me a brochure on current tax credits available with the purchase of a new system. These guys did a great job.

When I got home from the medical lab where I work on Friday afternoon I was surprised to see that there was some movers at the front of the house where I rent a room. I have rented the same room for the past two years and it is usually pretty quiet where I live. As it turned out my roommate had bought a bunch of childrens furniture at a discount. My roommate told me that his sister had adopted a little boy from the Ukraine and the they were going to need a bunch of furniture. My roommate is always looking out for other people.
