Home Mortgage Refinance Opportunities Still Great

Home mortgage rates have been very kind to refinancing borrowers this year, and continue to stay range bound at or near historic rate lows for many loan programs.  You don’t often get a second chance, but for those that delayed refinancing earlier in the year, now might just be the best opportunity to lock a low rate before the mortgage lending environment changes.

 

The very best refinance loan programs are available to borrowers with great credit scores above a 760 who are financing less than 80 percent of the appraised value of their home.  Of course there are still excellent home mortgage refinance opportunities for those with higher loan-to-value ratio loans with the FHA home loan option.
