A legal document has a written down legal agreement. It is signed by two or more concerned parties. If any one party tries to deceive it can be dragged to the court of law. Legal document has two basic elements offer and acceptance if anyone of the element is missing it would not be a legal document. A person cannot also get into an agreement with a minor and the concerned papers would not be regarded as legal documents. A legal document is of great value and importance and must be taken good care of at all times.
