When your company contracts other company (ies) to offer services that can be performed by the in house employees it is evident that it is outsourcing. So many large companies are now outsourcing jobs like the e-mail services, call-centers and payroll making jobs
But is it really beneficial to outsource? Yes, outsourcing helps in
Reducing overhead costs
Increases quality control process
As well as improving productivity
Outsourcing might also involve purchasing, accounts management which includes payable and receivables and collections as well as payroll processing.
The main benefit of outsourcing is to reduce operational costs in a company; this might mean the space that the companies department would have used as well as the heating and operational cost of running that department
