Partnering With a Real Estate Agent

My husband and I are pretty new at investing.  Last year we decided to start buying and fixing old homes.  We located our first by ourselves and spent the next 6 months renovating and then we sold it.  We were now ready for our second house, but couldn’t seem to find one anywhere.  We decided to enlist some help with berks county real estate.  We found an agent that works specifically with investors, and he located the perfect fixer-upper within 2 days.  It’s so great having a professional agent be our eyes and ears.  We haven’t even completed the second house yet, and he has two more picked out for us.  We have found a partner for life.
