Security is Our Top Priority

In order to improve our customer service, my company has decided to open our business intelligence systems to our customers. That way they can review their order history, track their spending and complete various other functions without our assistance. Yet, we are very concerned about doing this on our own although the IT department insists they can handle this. As a precaution, we have opted to bring in a firm of business objects consultants to work with the IT team. If, and only if, they feel the team can handle it without their assistance we will let the consultants go. Customer security is our top priority.
