Shopping Made Easy

I have never been fond of establishments where I spend more time trying to find the bathroom or a particular area rather than doing what I came for. And don’t you just hate it when a place has been renovated but the interior signs are not changed accordingly? I am not sure which is worse, not finding directions or being given wrong directions.
Of course, a place need not be littered with signs in order to be patronized by customers like myself. An establishment’s layout also has an effect. My favorite mall has five floors of shops lined up on either side of the building, pretty easy to memorize where a particular shop is. One of my least favorite malls, on the other hand, has a lot of nooks and crannies that are easy to get lost in and does not have enough mall directories. Just try shopping there!
