There are a lot of consumers are being taking fooled by car dealers and car rental service when they purchase or rent any motor vehicle from them. Most of these people lose a lot of money because of unnecessary fees, but this has been stopped. Thanks to the CA lemon law, each consumer is now protected from these car dealers and car rental services.
The CA lemon law has been specifically designed to provide and protect consumers who purchase and rent a car. This law is also known as the Song-Beverly Consumer Warranty Act under the California Civil Code sections 1790.
