Withdrawals and Pension Tax Relief

When you withdraw funds from your retirement account, you not only have to pay taxes on them but you also will decrease the total amount of money you will have over time.  An advantage of pension plans is that they retain the entire amount they earn because their earnings are not fully taxed until you receive a distribution from the plan.  The end result is that these plans grow faster than other comparable taxable accounts.  As you can see, there are advantages for you to participate in a reliable pension plan and ways that enable you to realize pension tax relief.
