There a number of misconceptions surrounding traning at home vs training at a commercial gym. Most of these concerns are about commercial gyms and getting a better workout there. Honestly I think that you can get a better workout at a commercial gym. You will tend to push yourself harder with other people around. You want six pack abs well get down to it. You can get a good effective workout at your house with just a set of dumbells and a good bench. i do like to workout at my home too when ever I get the chance to.
