It Has Been a Dream of Mine to Attend Spa School

It has always been a dream of mine to attend spa school.  It is now finally becoming a reality.  I am going to be in a profession where I can really make people happy, but more importantly I will be able to provide for my family.  It is a satisfying career that pays well.  It is definitely enough to make a living and I am going to enjoy doing it.  There is nothing better than making people feel good.  There is just something about seeing people happy that makes you feel like a million bucks.  I am excited about this career move.

Looking for Online Universities for PT Education

A good friend of mine just started a new job as a physical therapist. She said that she really loves it. Her hours are flexible and she really likes working with people and helping them to feel better. She has me intrigued. Now, I am looking for physical therapy colleges that offer courses online. I am busy with work right now and I do not know if I would be able to fit driving to campus and sitting in a classroom into my schedule every week. I would like to at least take the foundation courses online if at all possible.

Using Nurse Staffing Agencies to Find a Job in a New Location

If you have ever wanted to work in another city or state, or perhaps even in another country, and you are a registered nurse, then one of your best bets would be to sign up with Nursing Staffing Agencies. This is because these organizations have done nearly all of the legwork for you. Not only do they have information on potential employers and the benefits you may be receiving, they can also assist you with data on NCLEX examinations and even visa requirements. But remember to look for a legitimate agency to avoid being scammed. The best ways to do this would be to check an agency’s credentials and to learn other nurses’ opinions of or experience with a particular nurse staffing agency.

Can I Find Schools That Offer Accounting Degrees Online?

I’ve heard all of my friends talking about getting their degrees and starting to look for jobs, and some of them even went the online route, but my degree isn’t like theirs. I’m want to start up my own accounting business, but I don’t even know where to begin looking. My friends suggested an Internet search, and what do you know? I found several different pages that offered a list of schools that allowed you to study and achieve accounting degrees online. I never knew it could be this simple or this easy. Now I can browse the list of schools and choose the one that would work best for me.

A Great Gift

My mom and dad live in a very nice retirement community in south Florida. They are older now and their health is fading a bit, so they have a home health care worker who comes in a few times a week to help them with basic house keeping, personal care, cooking, and so on.  Their health care worker is just a delightful woman and they really love her.  Once a week, they buy her a lottery ticket.  They get so excited every week when they look up the Florida lottery numbers to see if “their” Anna has won anything that week.

History is Fascinating

Because I absolutely love history in general and the hidden stories in particular, I am always up for a good historical film. Not only is it great fun to see the interpretation on the big screen, but it’s also a great time to just analyze how well I think they stuck to the story. For example, take an analysis of film The Untouchables. This one is set in the 1920′s/1930′s, basically the Prohibition Era. You all remember Al Capone, right? The legendary gangster? The movie follows his bootlegging during that era and the efforts of Chicago law enforcement to bring him down. Watch the movie and you’ll see.

Forget the Bank with Peer to Peer Lending

There are many ways for people to get loans regardless of their credit history.  These people can go online and enter their personal financial profiles.  Lenders can then review all of the listings and choose to loan money to those individuals that best fit their pre-determined risk and rate of return criteria.  Investment companies are there to provide the right tools and other data to help individual lenders choose wisely.  These same companies offer perks such as allowing you to spread your risk by loaning small amounts of money to several borrowers.  On the downside, these companies are not FDIC insured and there is the chance that borrowers will default on their loans.  Peer to peer lendingseems to be working quite well, especially since banks are no longer loaning as much money as they did in better economic times.  People still borrow money and even those with excellent credit often find it difficult to get a loan.  That is why many of them are turning to peer lending as a way for them to get the funds they need.

She Made me Promise Not to Tell

When I was in high school, one of my best friends confided in me that she had been abused by her father. She begged me not to tell anyone, because she was afraid she wouldn’t be believed and it would end badly. I thought that it had only happened one time, so I agreed. I kept it to myself until, several years later, I was summoned to court. I learned that she had continued to be abused for all those years. I was so mad at myself! I wanted to do something to make up for my silence, so I began to look at criminal justice degree programs. I wanted to speak up for others like my friend.

Earn your degree with medical assistant programs

There are tons of different options available for young people now and I decided to look into one of the many medical assistant programs.  I hope that by enrolling in a well known program, I can complete my courses and have a certificate within a year.  Once I complete my courses, I hope to line up a job and have a small measure of job security and a stable income.  I really hope to enroll in an accredited school so that I will be taken seriously when applying for jobs in the future.  A lot of my friends are very supportive and it should be quite and adventure.

Bicylce hit by car

My wife is an avid athlete she does triathlons which is; swimming, running and bike riding. She is very competitive for her age group and has won several races. Last October, she was training on the hills in our area when a speeding driver hit her and threw her into a row of bushes. Her injuries were not severe but we did decide to go to a Lehigh Acres injury attorney to pursue a case against the speeding driver. Our case has yet to go to trial but our attorney believes that the insurance company for the driver will settle the case in the next few weeks.
