I’d been slacking recently when it came to getting enough exercise, and now that we’re two months into the new year, I decided that it was time to get back on the wagon and start exercising more. One of the first things I did was look at some adidas trainers that would help get me back on track. There’s nothing worse than having a ill-fitting pair of shoes, that’s one way to never want to exercise again. I don’t think that’s going to happen to me, however, these shoes are remarkably comfortable, giving me great arch and heel support. Toned body here I come!

My son has gone away to his first year of college, and I really don’t expect him to live at home any more. He may be back for vacations and visits, but we taught him well and I think that he has successfully spread his wings and flown his nest. I guess it’s time to pack up his remaining belongings so that he can take them with him if he ever desires to do so. I guess he left them home because he didn’t think that he would need them again. I am surprised that he left his skateboard, but took his Vans Skate Shoes. He always said the shoes were great with or without the board.

My daughter has been an avid snowboarder for years and will never give up the sport but came close when she was unable to find gear that lasted any length of time. It seemed she was always purchasing new snowboards, suits and boots because the ones she was buying locally in department stores were not made very well. My husband loves to build cars and other kinds of vehicles to race. Sometimes he has a hard time finding different things and has to search everywhere for a part. He’s never sure about ordering things online and likes to have a look at something he’s buying in person. Choosing parts for his vehicles seems to be something that requires a lot of time and energy. Of all of the ATV Parts Tires seem to be one of the more important choices. He always says with good tires on his car or ATV he’ll be able to trust it to perform at its best.

Have you heard that Tiger Woods got into a car accident and now has to cancel playing in his Chevron Champion Tournament? Have you heard that the accident is a result of domestic violence in which Tiger was the victim? Rumor has it that he and his wife quarreled over Tiger having an affair and, as a result, she chased him, in his car, with a golf club causing him to wreck. Is it true, or is the press just speculating because he doesn’t want to talk about it? The only real Tiger Woods News facts are that he hit a fire hydrant and a tree after pulling out of his driveway, when the police got there, his very upset wife, Edin, was standing over him.

When I make plans to play golf, it is always my intent to have both as much fun as I can as well as to improve; which at my age (mid 30s) is more difficult than it may seem. Practice is critical in improving at any sport or discipline, but especially when it comes to golf. Repetition, repetition, and more repetition is the key as long as the repetition is done properly. When it comes to my grip, I know my practice grips are solid because of my golf glove training aid. This little beauty, although rather simplistic in design, is one of the greatest tools I have in my bag; or in this case, on my left hand.
