A few days ago, my fiance and I decided to run to the shops to get something to eat for dinner. While we were there, she wanted to try on a new bathing suit. We went over to the clothing section, and while she was trying on her suit, I went over to the men’s section. I found a few really cool Retro Scotland Shirts, and took them over to her to see if she liked them. She saw them and said that she wanted to get them for me. I didn’t complain at all. I told her that I would buy her bathing suit, and she could get the shirts.

What a fantastic bank holiday week end I have just had. I ended up going to a great party that my mate had organised in leeds while 3am on Sunday night. I must say I felt a little dodgy on Monday morning but I quickly came round after a protein drink and some vitamins. I am using Reflex Nutrition protein at the minute and I know I am going to say this anyway, but it really is the best product out there for putting on the size after a good work out. In order to recover as quickly as possible, I have now started drinking a few pints of water to reduce the amount of alcohol I take in on a night out.

In today’s economy, hosting your youngster’s party at a local pizza parlor, skating rink, or other party location is a cost that is tough to excuse. That doesn’t suggest you cannot still throw your kid a remarkable party. By hosting the party in your house, the party will be more special and unique – and far easier on your wallet! Come up with fun games the kids can do. There are lots of game ideas that don’t cost anything. If you own an air hockey game table, it would be a fun idea to have a tournament for the kids. Interactive video games could also be a great idea.
