As a manager of the concern you cannot go behind all your employees and watch them what they do behind you. Then where to get proof for this? How to get a proof to his fault? Have you heard many employees have been found giving false work records and time records using mobile spy recordings? The mobile spy is a spy which can follow the employee all the day, being installed in his cell phone. When they are not informed that they can be monitored by their cell phone they will behave as before and can get caught by the boss.
