What Should I Do After A Computer Reboot?

Tina called Ralph and told him about her computer problems. She told him that after they talked, she did a computer reboot. However, it did not fix the problem, so she looked online for a computer technician close to where she lived. When she took it to the technician, he kept the computer for a couple of days and spent time evaluating it. When he finished his evaluation, he did some work on it, and now it runs like new. Tina told Ralph that it was worth paying the technician to fix the problem for good. Tina gave the name of the technician to Ralph in case he needed him in the future.
