Colon Cleanser: The First Race

My daughter and I were in our first 5K together this afternoon. I can see it in her eye, she is hooked. I know that she is going to go home to try to find more races. She finished first in her age group, she even beat all the boys. I did pretty well also. I finished second among the women my age. If I were still back in college I don’t think that I would have been pleased with my time but considering what bad shape I was in a few months ago before my colon cleanser, I am very happy. This was fun.
