So What Is Heart Flulttering?
December 24th, 2011
heart fluttering, also known as palpitations, can be quite alarming if you experience them frequently. They are always caused by a reason, and there are many things that can cause your heart to flutter. The sensation can be among many different things, but it’s usually associated with intense concentration on your heartbeat that interrupts your normal thought processes. The fluttering itself can be very slow, very quick, just beating irregularly, or it might even just be your normal heart rhythm. It can be caused by anything from too much adrenaline to pretty much any chemical stimulant like caffeine or nicotine. Most people will experience heart fluttering from one of these sources at least once in their life, but constant palpitations are usually a sign that something is wrong. It could just be an anxiety attack, or it could be something more severe, and anyone experiencing frequent heart fluttering should check in with their doctor.
