Taking Back Control

I had started a physical therapy regimen that I could do from the comfort of my own home to help cope with the sciatic pain I was suffering. My physical therapist had taught me different sciatica stretches that I could try until I found the right one that helped relieve the pain the most. I was glad that I could do this without taking medication since it made me sick and I noticed a substantial improvement in my pain after doing these stretches every day. Sciatic pain doesn’t have to rule my life now. I can take control and function normally again.
