Using Small Weights While Doing Chest Exercises

For the past six months my husband and I have been exercising with my nephew. I have lost twenty pounds and my husband has gained a lot of muscle mass. I usually workout on the stair climber and do leg exercises. Last month my husband and nephew talked me into trying some muscle building chest exercises. I didn’t want to do the exercises, because I was scared they would make me bulk up. My husband and nephew assured me that if I used small weights that I would not bulk up. I’m really glad they talked me into doing the exercises, because I am very happy with the results I have gotten.
