Garlic: Natural Cold Sore Treatment

January 8th, 2010

Garlic is commonly used as spices for food; however, it can also be used as a very effective cold sore treatment. Here’s how to use garlic to treat cold sores. Get a small piece, place it in a container, and crush it. This will release juices. Get some of the juices on a cotton bud or even your finger – make sure you wash it first – and dab the juices unto the cold sore. Use it as often as you can. This type of treatment is very effective and can get rid of the sores in a minimum of three days. Best of all, it is natural and inexpensive.
