The versitile dumbell workout has been a corner stone of many good programs for along time now. I dont think the dumbell workout gets enough attention and credit that it deserves. I use a strictly dumbell workout all the time. It has given me some of the bes workouts I have ever had. Not only can you be more creative but you are also safer when you do exercises with dumbells. You can get in good quick workouts that will give you results when you use dumbell exercises. Making sure to feel every movement that you do with them is key.
