Hemroid Treatment Creams and Diet Solutions

Hemorrhoids are one of the most uncomfortable thing to have and to talk about.  When I started having this problem, I went online to find out how I could change my diet to limit how often I was getting them.  I changed my diet so that I could reduce the chance of occurrence of hemorrhoids and found a topical hemroid treatment cream online that would help me.  I do not get hemorrhoids as often now, but when I do, the cream I bought online helps to alleviate the pain and reduce the swelling of hemorrhoids so I can sit comfortably without my donut cushion.
