Interested in Trying a Super Colon Cleanse

I really need to get serious about my weight loss. The weight is obviously not just going to come off on its own – I have tried that method and it did not work! So, now I am figuring out a good diet and exercise regimen. But I also want to do something to jump start my weight loss a little bit. I am interested in trying a super colon cleanse. I do not want to just try any old one. I want to do one that is really good and will really work. I am going to look online to see what I can find.
