make up for concealing stretch marks

Can you tell me about the make up for concealing stretch marks? I have been trying hard to get rid of the stretch marks. I have come across various measures but none of them actually impressed me and I also wonder about the safety quotient associated with these measures. It is good to cover these stretch marks as they do not bother me physically. I just hate them when I have to flaunt my body and I can do that with the help of covering tips. So can you just let me know about few such tips those can be helpful?
