Prevent Spider Veins With Leg Pillows

October 9th, 2009

Spider veins are small, thin veins on the surface of the skin of your legs. These veins are not an important part of a person’s venous system and they usually appear in legs because of the body weight pressure. Several factors may cause spider veins, including heredity, medications, pregnancy and activities or jobs that may require you to sit or stand for long periods of time. To prevent spider veins, it is recommended to exercise regularly to improve venous circulation, maintain your ideal weight and elevate your legs while resting by placing Leg Pillows between your thighs to provide proper alignment for your spine.
