Pro Hormones Can Make a Difference in One Month

Anytime I try something new, I like to give a month to see what type of positive or negative difference it might make. When I started taking pro hormones to build more muscle mass, this was the rule of thumb that I followed. I wanted to have enough time for my body to adjust to the supplement, and I also wanted enough time to increase the intensity of my lifting to see if I could really make some changes. After one month, I can honestly say that this supplement made a huge difference in my lifting. I was able to increase each type of lift significantly, and I retained much more muscle mass which gave me the look that I have always wanted.
