Tea is definitely one of my favorite desserts. After a huge delicious and healthy meal, tea really just puts an exclamation point. It is really great. Also really healthy. But what I have discovered is that tea only helps a little with weight loss. There are alot of people who are obssesed with trhis wu tea stuff and they think it will be a magical cure to their weigh problem. The problem is, that while tea happens to be really healthy, it has anti oxidants and the such, I certainly will not lose the weight itself. Losing weight takes a lot of effort, and knowledge about the right way to go about it.
