There is a great deal of science when it comes to romantic activities. However, one you may not be aware of is that when you are with a woman you may get estrogen from her and absorb it in your own body. If she is using birth control pills then the chances of this are even higher. This is another factor that may warrant fertility vitamins treatment.
What type of water do you drink as they aren’t all the same? It should be distilled or at least through a process of reverse osmosis. If you are drinking anything else then there is a good chance you are consuming too much fluoride. This has been linked to causing damage to sperm as well as reducing the hormone testosterone in a male’s body.
