Voice Strengthening Exercise Clarification Needed

So, I would appreciate if you could clearly explain this voice strengthening exercise, it is only one exercise after all, so I can put it to the test and get my money´s worth. It is frustrating that the heart of the matter is so confusing – all your system turns around is actually the exercises on page 12 and 13. And I´ve worked through quite some ebooks on bodywork already, so it is not a lack of understanding of exercises. Thank you for the attention you´re paying to this mail and I am looking forward to your clarification. I hope you´re taking my mail as a positive feedback.
