We Gained 15 Pounds in College

My college roommate and I both put on the typical 15 pounds our freshman year. We dreaded going back to school with the extra weight plus the possibility of gaining more. Janice decided to get help. She called Personal Trainer Long Island. We both met with the trainer and explained our desire to lose the weight, but then to learn how to keep it off. Our trainer worked with us 2 times a week, showed us how to eat healthy, and routinely checked our measurements. In eight weeks time we had both lost the 15 pounds, and gained muscle mass. Thanks to our trainer we are fit, and will stay that way.
