What is the acai berry diet?

There is no one acai berry diet. What it is essentially in all its forms, is a healthy eating schedule (usually eating several times a day in smaller portions as opposed to eating only 3 times in larger portions) plenty of water, fiber, and the incorporation of acai berries into the diet. The exercise puts the body’s systems into gear, the acai berry and nutrients in the foods you eat will be the building blocks for detoxing and rebuilding your body’s health, the water helps lubricate the process and breaks down the foods into their molecular elements. The acai berry contains some powerful nutrients the body needs to quickly reset.
