Beautiful House

The last time we moved, it was into a beautiful house. A retired contractor used to own it, before he lost it to the bank a few years back. Anyway, because he hated being bored, he had fixed up the house until it was worth far more than what we paid for it. The cabinets in the kitchen were replaced with cherry, as was the kitchen table and the fireplace mantle. Even the Blaine movers commented on how nice the woodwork was in the house. And, upstairs he built onto the bedrooms, adding decks and a master bathroom that was almost the size of the bedroom! It was a beautiful house, and we were really bummed when my husband’s job required us to move away and sell the house.
