Can I Seal Surebond Stabilizing Sealer Twice?

We are trying to decide whether to get out walkway leading up to the house redone or if we should just have a new one completely. Is it possible to reseal the stones in a path once they have started to crack? We used Surebond joint stabilizing sealer which is supposed to be the very best product out there but I do not know if we can just seal over it again. My neighbor, who is very educated in construction said it depends on the sealer and the type of sealer. I just wanted to know if Surebond joint stabilizing sealer will be alright for resealing.
