A bad renter is a bad renter with no regard for whether or not they are in the West Riding, Western Australia, Westchester, Wanganui or the Western Isles. The unruly snapper who upsets the neighbors. The vanishing Dogfish who ups and does a runner. The Sprat, who can’t or will not pay the rent.
The destroyer Shark who damages or wrecks the place. The whinging Marlin who will find fault with everything.
And finally good old Barnacle Bill, who downs anchors and will not move.
