Factory Convertion Will Add To Brampton Properties For Sale

If you live in Brampton, you know of the now dead Dominion Skate factory in the downtown area. For years, the building has been an eye sore. There is good news for the residents of this community. The property was bought two years ago by a Toronto-based developer named Preston Group. They plan on building a 25 story condo tower while maintaining most of the factory’s original facade. The plan is to build 350 units, including 12 lofts in the original factory space. The condo project is named Blade is already creating a buzz. Buyers looking for Brampton properties for sale will have a very interesting selection of units come 2012.
