When I heard that my brother was going to be buying his first home, I was very excited for him.  It is a really big deal in the family because a lot of us have never taken that step to own our own homes.  That being said, not a lot of us have relevant experience to help out my brother, but we all have common sense and knew that he would need certain things.  For example, I started out by helping him check out different home insurance policies from different companies using the Internet because he doesn’t have the ability to use the Internet.  It’ll be a lot of fun helping him move in, and getting to go over there for all kinds of reasons in the future.
