Jealous dog

My dog has been really out of control lately.  I am going to have to look into some dog collar training for him.  My dog is a 5 year old lab.  My wife and I recently had our first baby, and the dog is very jealous of the baby.  We are not spending as much time now with the dog, and he his barking all the time, chewing on things he shouldn’t, and even going to the bathroom on the floor.  He was well trained, but I guess not well enough.  I am going to have to look into some of these special collars to see what they can do.
