Accepting No Excuses

When I found out about some shady practices going on at my place of business, I contacted employment attorneys to inquire about it. Soon after, I was fired for no reason that anyone could give me. I found out that someone had found out that I spoke with an attorney so they thought firing me would keep things under cover. This didn’t work for anyone because the business was soon closed once these shady practices were brought to light. The company was made to pay me a settlement for firing me with unjust cause. The company also had to pay a large fine when the judge found that they were firing people to cover up their tracks.
