Getting Ready For Halloween

I work for one of the worlds largest websites and I work with the web designers and help to design the different web pages for all occasions.  They like to have different banners for the holidays because it helps to attract attention to the site.  Right now we are going to be working on some Halloween Countdown Banners.  I know that Halloween is a few months away but if we do not start now we may not have just what the boss is looking for.  It takes a lot of time and concentration to get just the right effect to bring the attention to the site.
