New Tampa Homes Communities

New Tampa is a relatively new community in Tampa Bay that was developed on what used to known as, “The Road to Nowhere.” Bruce B. Downs was once a desolate span of highway that extended from Temple Terrace to Wesley Chapel. Over the past five years there has been a tremendous amount of development to the 24 square mile city of New Tampa. There are 15 subdivisions in New Tampa to find a home in. New Tampa homes vary in price depending on which subdivision you are looking at. Heritage Isles, Hunter’s Green, Pebble Creek and Tampa Palms are the golf course communities in New Tampa. The homes for sale in these subdivisions are moderately priced and you should be able to get a good deal.
