Battle of the Belly Fat

Exercise is always recommended as a regimen to lose weight. Six months ago, I was overweight at 259lbs. What came to my mind then was that I had to start losing weight by dieting and exercising. I was already 35 years old and if I do not do anything about my weight problems now, it will be more difficult to do so as I grow older.

To remove Belly fat was my main focus. It’s a protruding belly that always comes into attention when you see an overweight individual. I decided to start running everyday and at the same time cutting down on food intake and stay within the required caloric intake per day. To further fight my battle with the bulge, I do sit ups and even bought a cd of Abs Trainer program and followed it. I lost 55lbs in 6 months and I am just 5lbs short of my ideal weight of 190lbs.
