It Can Sometimes be a Problem

A lot of people like to store their e-mail messages in their e-mail accounts. This is much more convenient than printing them all out, but it can sometimes be a problem if your e-mail provider’s server goes down. This is particularly true if you do business through e-mail, the way that my husband does. He often has things like job bids and invoices sitting in his message box. He’s lucky that he goes through a company that is diligent about Server Backup. Otherwise, he would be pretty sorry when he suddenly didn’t have access to the things he needed. There have already been a few times when they had server problems, but they were always able to retrieve his e-mails from their backup files.
