If you are a new computer user like me you may think that those pop-up ads you see are just part of surfing the Internet. They are actually malicious software which advertisers install on the computer as you surf. Not only are they annoying, but they also invade your privacy. The software tracks your usage and may even collect private data. It is important to use a product to remove them, such as adware alert. This tool lets you know immediately if your computer has been infected. Then all you have to do is run the removal tool and your computer is free of adware.
