This Software Is Great

I went through various free types of chat software, but nothing compares to this type. It is in such great real time that it feels like I am talking with the person, just minus the physical presence. It makes it much easier now especially since I don’t have to shift through tons of emails about something wrong with a product. With being able to chat with a customer right on the spot, makes it easier for me to walk them through problems which would take much longer especially if the emails took long to be received. If you are looking for top notch customer service, you need this software.
