Upgrading the Game System

I got a message from a friend of mine a few days ago.  He told me that he had been having trouble with his game system fairly recently and he was wondering if I could help him out in any way.  I told him that when I was having trouble with mine, it was because I had gotten the R4 Revolution but I had not updated my system.  I took him through the procedures and told him that everything should be running like new after he completes the process.  I knew that he would be very pleased after everything was done.
